This art tapestry wall hanging was inspired by the painting "Flowers" of famous Dutch artist Jan van Huysum (1682-1749). He was probably the most famous of all Dutch flower and still life painters and is known as the 'Phoenix of Flower Painters'. His pictures were selling for astronomically high prices. Louis XIV, Charles of Austria, Duke of Mecklenburgh and English Prime Minister were just some of his customers. The artist only painted flowers directly from life and insisted on only painting each kind of flower while it was in season, so it took him few years to complete his work.
The tapestry pictures flowers from all times of the year-hyacinths, roses, anemonies and others. The colors of the bouquet on this art decor are rich red, blue, white and yellow. The flowers are in the terracotta vase and  set off against the dark background. The tapestry is made with lots of fine details.
