Return Policy

If for some reason you’re not happy with your item, we will accept return or exchange for 30 days. No Restocking fee!
The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. No Restocking fee or any other fees will be charged.
Contact us for the return and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns received without the RMA will be sent back without refund. Tapestry must be in original condition, no refund will be given for damaged returns. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Due to the nature of these tapestries there will be some small irregularities in shape and variations in size, and yarn hue.
